Kelly was wonderful. We used her to find and sell a house. We were looking for a house for some time. We had many requirements that needed to be filled. We toured some houses that were close but did not fit enough requirements. She didn't try to push us into buying a house that we were not fully happy with. She said the right house will eventually come along. That house came up, and we made a strong offer and got the house. On the selling side, we both agreed to what the sale price should be. We had one open house and got an offer that we accepted. She was able to recommend contractors that I used for doing repairs on the sold house and updates in the new house. I would recommend her.

Kelly was great to work with. We were looking for specific features in a house. She sent us many potential listings and we did a few home tours. She was very supportive when we didn't choose to either look at a house or place a bid on a house, she just said you'll know the house when you see it. Once we found the house, she helped us through the whole buying process. She was able to supply names of contractors she had worked with in the past. The contractors list provided us with a little more comfort in hiring a known contractor. She even brought us gifts the first day we got into the house!
