Kelly helped us find our new home and also helped us sell our old home of 40 years a few months later. She really knows her stuff, getting us the best deal on both ends. Both homes needed some work and it was like she had contractors on speed dial when we needed them. Even though our old home was just a starter home, she still put a lot of effort into closing the deal. She kept us well informed by text and email and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Her energy was amazing! We felt very confident when signing paperwork because she explained it all and made sure everything was in order. She's top notch.

Kelly is simply outstanding! We have had many dealings with realtors during the past few years, and Kelly was the best we have experienced! She is a great listener, very open and truthful about any issues with houses, very encouraging (saying if this doesn't feel right, it isn't the house for you, but we WILL find one that you will love! ) When we purchased the house, after the inspection, she had suggestions for a chimney expert and a basement expert that were able to review the house and give opinions and estimates for repairs before we finalized the purchase. The seller ended up reducing the price of the house to cover the chimney repairs, and the basement did not need any work. She really went above and beyond to make this a great process and I can wholeheartedly endorse her!

Kelly was absolutely great to work with and stuck with me through updates to my house and many appointments to view potential houses to buy.
